AIRPORT ANNOUNCES DELTA AIRLINES AIRCRAFT UPGRADE

CASPER, WY – Casper / Natrona County International Airport (CNCIA) officials announced that effective April 8, 2008, Delta Airlines will be upgrading their aircraft serving the Airport. Currently Delta provides 5 daily departures to and from Salt Lake City on EMB 120 (30 passenger) aircraft. Effective April 8th Delta will be providing 3 daily departures to and from Salt Lake City on 50 passenger Canadair Regional Jets (CRJ).
“We love the upgrade in aircraft type,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Manager. “Passengers have and do respond very well to the regional jet aircraft. “Delta has been a tremendous partner in our market, and we look forward to continuing to work with Delta on opportunities to increase the service levels in our market,” said Januska.
