AIRPORT ANNOUNCES SECOND NORTHWEST AIRLINES REGIONAL JET
Thursday, May 31, 2007
CASPER, WY – Natrona County International Airport (NCIA) officials announced that effective June 7, 2007, Northwest Airlines will add a second regional jet flight to provide service between the Airport and Minneapolis, Minnesota, doubling their daily capacity.
“We’re very happy to see the added capacity,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Manager. “Not only does the additional flight provide needed seats going east, but the second flight is particularly timely since we see more travelers flying into Casper during the summer months through the fall. The larger aircraft with larger storage capacity have been particularly popular with hunters flying into the region.”
