AIRPORT RECORDS A 39.7% PASSENGER INCREASE IN DECEMBER

Casper / Natrona County International Airport announced that 9,434 enplaned passengers (passengers getting on aircraft) used the Airport in December, a 39.7% increase compared to December of 2011. “This is the first 9,000+ enplanement month since December of 1987 and the highest December since 1986,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Manager. For 2012 the Airport recorded 89,343 enplaned passengers, a 13.4% increase over 2011. December is also the 11th month in a row of increased traffic compared to the previous year.
