AIRLINE CELEBRATES WITH FLY FREE* TO VEGAS OFFER
(CASPER, Wyo.) — Wyoming residents have played their cards right and are cashing in as low-fare airline Allegiant Air, LLC, today inaugurates the only nonstop, all-jet service from the state of Wyoming to Las Vegas. To celebrate the new service from Casper, Wyo.'s Natrona County International Airport, the airline is bringing some very special guests: Vegas icons “Elvis” and a glamorous showgirl.
Allegiant is upping the ante even more by offering the chance to FLY FREE* to Vegas. Just purchase one air/hotel package by Oct. 1 from one of the airline’s 50 hotel partners and the second person flies free*.
“We are extremely pleased to extend the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service to the Casper community,” Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. “This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only low-cost, nonstop service between Wyoming and Las Vegas.”
The new flights operate two times weekly between Natrona County International Airport and McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas), with service Monday and Friday. Flights depart Casper at 10:35 a.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 11:35 a.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas depart at 7 a.m. arriving in Casper at 9:55 a.m. (all flight times are local).
“We’re very, very excited to have Allegiant providing service to Las Vegas,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Manager of Casper/Natrona County International Airport. “The convenience of flying out of Casper and having direct service to one of our most popular destinations is going to be great for Wyoming. Allegiant is a carrier who definitely knows what it is doing, and they do it better than anyone else I know.” The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said its market research and input from local community leaders indicate Casper community welcome the new all-jet flights and low fares to Las Vegas.
